We have several ways for you to get support. (If your provider offers email-only support then in the case of an outage or mail failure you'd have no way to reach them!) Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day for server issues.
Normally, the fastest and best way to reach support is by email to support@quasar.net. This address is monitored by multiple, qualified administrators. The nearest and best-qualified person for your question or situation will respond quickly...usually in an hour or less! You can also call our office at 407-672-1257 from 8:30-5:30 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and reach a live human right away! We also have a toll-free number which is 877-771-0993 where you can leave a message and we'll return your call.
Please be courteous and try to contact us for non-emergency issues during regular business hours! We are not obligated to support third party software, teach HTML or Front Page, for instance, or fix a system problem with your PC, however we may choose to do this occasionally as a courtesy.
We may be able to offer training or support outside the realm of our hosting packages on a fee basis. Please contact sales@quasar.net for (with a description of what you need) for a quote.
